The London Eye, a must experience if you only have 1 day in London (which I recently did). Apart from the amazing 360° view, I couldn't help have an elevated perspective. I'm always in awe of what emerges when you take a moment to Zoom Out (and up).
In this space, my high performance coaching brain recalled a life lesson around raising consciousness. As challenging as this sounds, everything you will ever have in your life is by right of consciousness.
For example, an aspiring leader can't say, "give me the position and I will perform like an executive!" That's like saying to the fireplace: give me warmth and then I'll add wood. Instead, the aspiring leader must BECOME the executive in advance by communicating, thinking and presenting like one. Then when the timing is right, the promotion arrives because they were who they needed to be.
